It depends on what kind of tank you want to get. The cheapest is just the round bowl, however, because the goldfish requires aerated water, you will have to change at least half the water twice a week (say on Sunday then Wednesday or Thursday and yes I learned this the hard way).
The better solution is to go ahead and spend another $10-$30 and buy a tank that has a filter and aerator pump in it. Fewer water changes and most will come with a lid. The lids can be kinda tricky because the cheaper ones tend to just have a hole in it for your finger to pull it up, but some ($20-$30 range) have a flip up section so you don't have to take the whole lid off.
